At Fast Branded, we aim to deliver premium branded attire quickly, reliably, and transparently. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

European Union (EU) countries

If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping is not yet available to your location.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days

EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties.

VAT is handled according to EU regulations and included where applicable.

Fast Branded is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, although this is rare for EU shipments.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend it.

We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
